Hello,

I can't get onto the internet from some reason the pc is not assigning an IP address. Even when I am hard wired to the router.
Any ideas?

Thanks

Try these steps to get an ip address

1. Click on Start ----> Run -----> Type Command and click ok

2. You should now be at MSDOS prompt screen.

3. Type ipconfig/release and click enter

4. Type exit and leave the prompt.

5. Right click on Network places or My Network places and select

or Just visit the site http://www.ip-details.com/ you can get the ip address.
