Icons on desktop

Hello,
My system on start up, it doesnot display any icons. After 1 or 2 minutes, icons will be displayed, but the icons displayed are showing like the selected icons with blue box. what should i do??

Dear Kalyankwel,

Please consider getting to Start> All Programs> Accessories> System

Tools and carry out a system restore in order to remove any error or

corrupted file. Thank you.
