facing memory dumping Closed

Hello,
       I am using windows xp sp3. Yesterday while I am burning a cd with Nero 9 it suddenly crashed. after crashing when I want to shut down it shows me memory dumping. what is memory dumping and when does it occur? How can I debug this?
         Kindly inform me about this problem.

Hi there,

Once logged in windows right click on my computer >properties>system properties>advance tab,press on setting and uncheck automatically.Also you can use ccleaner for future precautions it can be downloaded from link below:
