Hello,
Was at a friends today we went to look up something on net and although start up music came on, screen dark kind of grey!! I took out battery for a few minutes but still no screen picture, but seems to recognise when press keys or spacebar, any ideas?

Hi there,

Remove the battery and press power switch to drain electricity ,then connect charger to it and switch on ,then off after power on ,and reseat battery and same power on.
