Laptop wont start

Hello,
i have a toshiba qosmio F30 112
my laptop wont start up it just says
the following file is missing or corrupt system 32/drivers......
attempt to repair this by using recovery cd
ive lost my cd and my options dont mention a repair
pleassssssssssssse help thank u xxx
