Hello,
I have sound thru my headphone whilst i listen to music or watch a film from my hard drive but i have no sound when i am surfing the net

Hi there,

To get sound while surfing follow these steps:

open control panel,open sound and audio devices,press on sound tab,scroll to windows explorer select complete navigation and start it ,press on o then apply.

Hi thank you so much for your prompt reply but there is a confusing element i your instructions which is (complete navigation and start it ,press on o then apply) the part I do not understand is after complete navigation, when I get to complete navigation what is the next part you say start it how do I do that and then you say press on o then apply, can you give me a bit more detailed instruction as to these later points please thank you.
