Laptop crashed

Hello,
hi i am ans.venkatesh from india n i have a laptop n in my laptop my updates are on n it said that my windows are not correct means an error shown of genuine microsoft windows .My laptop os is windows xp proffesional. it giving lot of errors n it became very slow . now what i must do n all my files are recover .
