Hello,
I want to restore my computer but i want to keeep some files, if i use system restore point and restore my computer to its factory settings wont it just erase that restore point.. But i want to do this because i want to keep some files on my computer like ITUNES LIMEWIRE POKERSTARS and my pics and songs.

Dear Lindsey,

You will still be able to make a back up with the System Tools and hence get the task completed without losing any of the file that you wish to keep.
