Problem with word 2007

Hello, I have actually a Microsoft office 2007 on my machine and whenever I send a document by email to a friend he cannot read the mail it says that unsupported format. I have tried almost everything but still cant find something. Even change my email address but still nothing.

That isn't the error of your email address but rather your error and all you have to do is to save the document in office 2000-2003 format and your friend will be able to get the document. Surely your friend must have office 2003 installed on his machine. Hope it solves your problem.

To complete informations given by hard678, your friend can also download and install the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2007 on Microsoft website.
