My comp wont boot

Hello,
I just got a intel pentium4, 1.7 ghz from my grandmother and when i turned it on it just took long 3 second beeps and it did not stop. I cant get the ram out without taking the hDD out and i cant take the hDD out without taking the fan out so i dont no what to do.
