I am receiving the above message when I am trying into our office site. Does anyone know how this can be fixed

Dear Denise,

There might be a problem with the registry files. Please get to Start> Run and type regedit and press enter. Then navigate to the specific path and see what's the trouble. Please indicate what message is showed that you get the correct solution to it.
