Internet Down after Downloading BIG FILES! Closed

Question

Hello,
Whenever I download a big file likee (500mb or bigger)...my connection goes away !
Whenever I click on the blinking computers down in the taskbar, the SENT numbers come but RECEIVED is always 0

When using a WIRE INTERNET CABLE...

What can be the reason ?
Maybe its network congestion, is there anyway to restart it ?

Please have the connection reset in order to have the problem fixed and also please consider indicating the connection speed in order to have a better and appropriate solution.

How do I reset the connection ??
I disabled the blinking computers in my taskbar and reconnected them but still the problem is there !

I dont know how to get the internet speed as per your question, but when I connected the taskbar baloon indicated 100mbps !
