Where can i get to downloadFlash Playe 64 bit

Hello,
I need help, I have a Windows 7 on 64 bit but i can not put the Adobe Flash Player, it`s horrible, i can not see the diverses pages.
Can you help please? Where can i get to the download Adobe Flash Player on 64-bit.
