My computer is always restarting

Hello,
Hi all experts,
My Desk top computer is not working, always restarting automatically, sometimes its coming up to desktop icons, suddently blue screen is coming with some notes, but i cant read this,, then its restarting automatically,... please give a solution .......

Hi there,

Remove all devices like printer,scanner usb drives and so on and start pc normally,boot in safe mode.Once logged right click on my computer.properties>system properties and press on setting and disable automatic restart.
