Hello, i uninstalled the avg antivirus software .after uninstalled the system is restart .after i see the control panel the control panel is missing.and i go to mycomputer rightclick properties and it will be show the operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.please contact your system adminstrator.please auy body help for me
