Thank you
There is a reset switch on the back on the modem that will revert the modem to it's default settings. Push a ball-point pen into the hole for 30 seconds to reset. You can then connect via wire to the modem and enter a new security key.

If you have a PC that does connect via wireless and just need to see the key - you can use this software to display the working key.

No - you want it powered-up for the reset.
I have a PC that connects via wireless, so I downloaded the sofware at http://download.cnet.com/WirelessKeyView/3000-2092_4-10614187.html?tag=mncol, and it asked permission to open my Creative Centrale application. It did not display any passcode, all it did was do some sort of scan on my Creative Centrale, and then nothing.

When it asked what I wanted to do when downloading, I chose "open" rather than the other choice, which was "save". Could it have been that?
i already resetted

Thank you
Router password or wireless key?

router key - go to the manufacturers web site and find the default ID and key. Then use the reset method from my prior posting. Then change the ID/password and wireless key - write it down and tape it to the bottom of the router.

Wireless key - If you have a working device (ie Windows PC) then download this program to display the key.

otherwise reset the router and change the password and key as above.

Good Luck
