Explorer 7 not opening

Hello,
I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my husbands PC. All programs work fine and update with no problem HOWEVER when clicking on explorer, it won't open. Click on gmail shortcut and it opens, anti virus update and no virus....any ideas????? When trying to open explorer it says can't display webpage...This has been like this for a couple of days now he said. Need help.

Dear Sir,

You won't even need to uninstall the application and to reinstall it to fix the trouble. Just consider repairing your system by following the steps provided in the below Kioskea FAQ article:
