i want to ask that my msn messenger the latest version is not getting installed while i have downloaded it .how can i install it thank you

Dear Ahsan,

Please indicate whether you already have another MSN installed on your computer. If you do have another MSN version, you should have it uninstalled completely in order to be able install the latest version.
