Toshiva 64 GB pendrive don't formate

Hello,
I have a Toshiva 64 GB pendrive . But it's sometime some data copy erroe & don't delete error data. When I want to toshiva 64GB pendrive formate but it's can't properlly formate. Now what I do ? tell me or mail me jamil.hossan@hahoo.com / joneykho@gmail.com / joneyruma@hotmail.com please early solve my problem . Thank you so much.

Dear Joney,

This problem might be occurring from the fact that the disk is write protected. You should consider removing the write protection through the following method:

Remove Write Protection on Pen drive
