Can not get my cam to work on windows 7

Hello,
i downloaded the disc for creative live cam chat webcam model number vf0330vm on my computer everything is there put i can not get the picture to work can you tell me what i need to get this to work right please and thank you my computer has windows 7 ,i just got this computer from aliant the web cam worked on my other computer so i know it works please help me out and thanks

Dear Kat,

This is happening for the simple reason that its driver is not compatible to the new operating system that you have installed. Please get the driver updated in order to get the problem fixed.
