Restoring Compaq desktop

Hello,

I was is there anyway to restore my compaq desktop back to factory settings? It has Vista home premium. My daughter set herself as the administrator, but she forgot the password

Hi there,

Well you must use your recovery disk and boot from it ,all data will be deleted.You can reset the password and links below from Faq will guide you:

start your system in GUEST name and then change your settings it is usefull for you from Manjunath(Bangalore)
