Trouble Viewing open images

Hello,
I have photoshop CS3. I can open an image and its displayed in the Navigator. However, there is no image on the workspace

Dear Katz,

Please right click on the file and get to Open With and select Paint Program. This should solve the difficulty that you are facing.
