Broadcast message requirements:
• Make sure all the contacts in the Broadcast list have saved your number in their address book.
• There is no limit in the number of Broadcast lists you can create.
• You can select up to 256 contacts in each Broadcast list.
To make sure the messages are delivered accordingly, I suggest you don't broadcast large amounts of messages at a time.
The maximum file size allowed for all media (photos, videos or voice messages) to be sent or forwarded through WhatsApp is 16 MB on all platforms.
