old sent mail Closed

Question

Hello,
I need to go back to 2007 and look at some old "sent mail" they were not deleted but I cant seem to get back further than 06/2008. Please advise.

Dear Sandy,

Normally you have a limited space provided by your email service provider and if it is filled up, it won't save any more file. This might be the reason why it is so. Still consider contacting the email service provider for having a clarification about it.
