pushed system recovery button by mistake Closed

Question

Hello,
My granddaughter pushed the system recovery button while my computer was restarting after I had defragmented it. I was out of the room when it happened and did not know how to stop it so my files and such are gone and i am trying to restore my pc back to where it was. Any help would be great.
