NO START ITEMS WALLPAPER ON START SCREEN Closed

Question

This is the key that needs to be deleted... 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\explorer.exe 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\iexplorer.exe 

Once these keys are deleted the desktop and internet explorer should come back to life.

TYPED IN REGEDIT   WENT  TO THE REGISTERY    NOW   WHERE DO I FIND THE ITEMS TO BE DELEATED?

you could try running the following it is possible that it will fix the issue for you I have had a 9/ 10 success rate with the same issue on many pc's

do these all in safe mode from the desktop (even if you have to use the RUN NEW TASK option in the task manager

COMBOFIX
CCLEANER
HIJACKTHIS
SMITREM
