Hi,

I am wondering if it is possible to transfer files from a very old PowerMac 8500/150 hard drive to a Windows OS hard drive? I want to transfer some files but the PowerMac has a SCSI hard drive leaving me scratching my head. I saw this adapter on ebay, I am wondering if this will do the trick?

Thanks!

SCSI comes in a number of different forms with different cables. I did a quick search and found a reference to a 25 Pin connector in that Mac. The ebay SCSI card is a 50 pin device.

Well I finally got that thing open and it is a 50 pin SCSI connector. The hard drive is a Seagate ST34520N. I am still curious how I will connect this to a PC running Windows. Any suggestions anybody?
