Mp3 player doesn't charge and plug in laptop!

Hello, today i tried to plug my Samsung Mp3 player to my laptop but it doesnt recognixe. Then i tried to charge it and it doesnt work either. I have idea what has happened to my Mp3 player. I'm able to listen to music but I cant charge it and my laptop doesnt recognize it. Usually, when i plug it in my laptop it said connecting on my Mp3 player's screen. Please help me.....

Hi there,

Change the usb cable and plug it to laptop,then give your feed back if detected and charging or still with same issue.
