Seagate volume problem

Hello,
PLease help i have problem with my 80gb Seagate Hard Disk drive
My disk had been corrupted wen my mobo was failed after the incidence i try to formatt it, but i notice my hard drive volume was only 31.5gb supposed to be 80gb?, what should i do. please help!

go to the disk management snap in and see what it says in there,
start menu,
right click my computer,
manage
storage
