Hello,
hi when i insert my the printer usb cable the pc is automatically shutdown and restart by its own sothat what is the solution of these problem.10q i am from Ethiopia .

Hi there,

This is a hardware problem,try uninstalling the printer driver and reinstall it,also check it on other computer,if problem persist then you will have to purchase anther printer or probably format system with new installation of windows.
