Xp won't see my my hard drive.

Hello, guy

I have some problem with my window XP.
I just doing some stuff in my computer, then my window XP just stop recognize my other hard drive.
(it just disappear from my window XP.) then i restart and check on my Bios. everything look fine there.(Bios still see my Other hard drive normally.) but when i log in my window, it still not there.
when i look at event viewer(system) I found some warning.

"The system failed to flush data to the transaction log. Corruption may occur."

anyone got any idea what going on with my computer? T-T

Btw, this is not my OS HD, it my internal storage HD
