My computer won't start

Hello,

Recently I turned my computer on and it started up and took me to the "Sorry windows did not start up properly blah blah blah

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking

etc. etc."

So I clicked "Last Known Working Startup", or whatever it was.

Then what happened was that the screen went blank, and the computer restarted with the PC on at all time. No matter what option I click it doesnt get beyond that page...

So I was wondering if anyone can help me with my dilemma.

BTW: Im a newb so please help me in stupid people terms :)
