Accidentally deleted my phone back up

Hello,
i was updating the software of my sony ericsson t 700 phone. after successfully backing up my data and updating the software when i was trying to restore backup to my phone i accidentally deleted the data.. uh its reason for heart attack. can some one please help me. thanks a lot. i searched the recycle bin could not find.

Dear Kuldeep,

Once you delete something from your phone, there is no place where it is stored and it is hence deleted completely. You will therefore have no possibility to get it back.
