Hello,
My name's Andy
I have a Windows Vista Home Basic
I've had this Laptop for a year and I already have problems and this computer is pretty much brand new it was made in 2007.
It's been freezing and it's been slow... and the A/C has stopped working.
What should I do? What should I install?

hello,

well its a bit hard to guide you and all i can tell you is to try to bring it back where you bought it and if there is still guarantee on it have it repaired there
