Hello,
After starting or re-starting my computer, I have to hold my shift key down for about 8-10 seconds before I can type at a normal speed. The mouse works find. Any thoughts?

Dear Sir,

Please check out your RAM memory for it might be the reason why the system is slowed down. Also check the CPU usage in the task manager and the active processes.

Thanks for your response.....I did check out both of your suggestions. Didn't seem to be a problem with either, still at a loss as to the cause of my problem.
