Hi there Charles, should check also you UDP and TCP status you can do this by in windows go to START -> RUN type in CMD -> OK then in the command line type in netstat -a. if you have more than 10 UDP's and more than 10 TCP's it's probably that you have spy-ware in your computer and you should use some software to clean them out.
