Laptop trys to boot up

Hello,
i am haveing big problems with my it turns on
The boot screen comes on then the screen goes black.
when i try and hit esc or any of the f key buttons nothing works.
i have had a friend put more ram in just after christmas but its been fine
this has happened without warning please help.
the laptop i have is a fujitsu siemens amilo pro v2010

Hi there,

When adding ram or changing it you must be sure it same frequency,remove it and check the frequency and do necessary if not same.
