my pc wont recognise a disc in the disc driveClosed

Hello,
i am trying to install the driving test dvd-rom to my pc and mt pc is keep sayin no disc in d: i have tryed instaling it manually and it still wont let me it also wont play dvd's even though i have got cyberlink power dvd installed. any ideas?

in my computer lab , 15 computer instal os vista , with each pc , i got two cd one is recovery , and outher is cd of vista , but all cd put together , how we recognised cd , means who cd's of which pc
