Vista failed to boot.

Hello,
i have this laptop called acer.. it had windows vista on it(pre-installed) so i don't have a disk. i was doing system restore and i shut my laptop half way through =( and i re-started it. and it's not working...it syas at the beggening preparing to boot OS..and then it show a blank screen with a small flashing underline and it never goes away =( can anyone help?

take it to a repair shop and have them reload VISTA using the COA key that's on the laptop.

thanks for reply..we did exactly that but before this reply..and it's fixed now =] and they realoaded my laptop thanks very much anyway.

but i'm wondering how did they fix my laptop anyway...i think they went to the boot system but i don't know what they did then...do you know how they fixed it?
