my windows dont start normally Closed

Hi mates ..my problem is that my windows dont start normally..i start the computer and the screen that write safe mode, safe mode with command prompt, start windows with last configuration known good and start windows normally.........i chose all the choises and comes back to the same page....

can you help me please how i can to repair windows without windows cd?

go to the safe mode and try to system restore.....you might messed up someting .........
