Icons not displaying correctly

Hello,
I have Windows xp service pack 2. Yesterday i have downloaded window 7 blinds and installed it. But some icons on desktop and other places are not shown correctly like control panel, search, run, help n support center etc. It appears only white page..... Plz help me to correct this.

Hi there,

Do you have the requirements to use this application?Please provide your system specifications fro more help and also you need to optimize the application.
