Winsockfix fixed TCP/IP, lost internet again

Hello,

Can anyone help me with this rather unusual problem? I recently bought this 8 port network switch and when i connected it to my computers it shows network connected but i can't go on internet. I did some research using my laptop and found this patch *Winsockfix.exe* when i run the exe it reset tcp/ip settings and i was able to go online, and i was happy for a moment untill i had to restart my computer and lost the connection again.

Now everytime i start my computer i have to run winsockfix.exe to go online, and the weird thing is when i plug the same cable to my laptop it works fine. I have two desktop pcs and i am unable to go online on any of them without running the winsock. I pluged the same cable to my friend's laptop and it worked fine on that too. I have tried any possible way i could think of but its just not helping.

I would truly appriciate if anyone could help me through this problem or anyone familier with this issue.
