Hi There..
Proabably it may be blue screen error.. Try this steps:
Start your Computer in Safe mode:
1)When you restart your computer Click F8. And it will shows you various options, select Safe mode in it .
2) click start > search>type "CTFMON" OR "CTFMONB" DELETE FILES
3) search for "BLACKSTER" and delete it too
4) now here the solution for the prob click start>run>type “MSCONFIG”
5) select the "STARTUP" tab and then deselct all
6) reboot in normal mode
if still you have the issue.. use this method:
7) (ADVISED) RESTORE COMPUTER BACK TO FACTORY DEFAULTS

You should never wiggle anything in the computer when it's turned on! It's not a light bulb it made up of very small electrical parts that can't be subject to such abuse. This could be a Windows problem or a virus problem or a hardware problem. My guess it's a simple failure of software that requires re-installation of Windows.
