Access program file folder on vista

Hello,
I have 2 vista pc's networked (wired thru netgear hub), and on my client i need access to program file folder on the server. Error 1806 - you have insufficient privelages to access this folder.
What can I do to access the folder?

on the server navigate to the drive you need right click "program files" and select "Share" you can allow access thru this screen. You might need to be on your admin account ID to make changes.
