Problem with wireless router

Hello,

I'm having a really hard time setting up my wireless broadband router to the new computer I recently purchased. I've tried contacting Motorola and they have been absolutely useless as far as giving any technical support. The router has been attached to my old computer for a long time and since I've purchased a new one, I would like to set up my wireless again. However, I'm receiving an error message that says, "Index out of range- script error-would you like to continue?". After trying to select "yes" and receiving no response, the program completely shuts down and exits from the setup. Please help me!!! I really do not want to have to buy a new wireless router.
