hi i have been encountered the message while try to download from youtube that flash vedio not found but i have downloading before with no such errors . my o/s is window 7 plz help me with this issue

Hello,
What do you use to download youtube videos? 
Since you're on windows 7 and it seems that not many tools can work on, I'd recommend to try free Tunebite YouTube Downloader. I just discovered it a while ago and now I have tons of videos on my pc and iphone. 
I find it very interesting because it has so many features, but for now I'm using just the free Tunebite YouTube Downloader which allows me to download and convert youtube videos. The full version can also download movies from movies websites. 
Anyway, if you need a good way to record youtube videos and to convert flv to mp4 or mp3 or even 3gp, yopu should try Tunebite. Here's a link I found with the steps you need to save youtube videos to your pc in any format you want:

WINDOWS 7...

 CLICK ON   \COMPUTER\C\WINDOWS\SySWOW64\MACROMED\FLASH
 Right Click On ..  FlashUtil10e... and  Run as Administrator
 This should update your flash player
