Headphone sound

Hello,
seems like i have the same problem as alot of other people...
headphones work fine.. but sound comes from the speakers only....
how do i fix this.. they're enabled.. and i tried to set it as default.. no change...

Dear Ash,

Please get to the Sound and Audio Properties in the Control Panel and from the main tab, changed the advanced speaker settings to headphones to have it working properly.
