System not booting ... please help!!!

Hello,
I installed windows 7 64 bit in lenovo G550 laptop. I went to the lenovo website and from that I installed the Bios update driver. After some time during installation the screen went blank and I was listening the sound of system fan. I pressed many keys and atlast I pressed the power button for 5 seconds. The laptop was switched off and I press the power button again to start the system. The power LED and Media player buttons are glowing but nothing is happening. Screen is blank and no sound of start. Its really frustating to see my laptop like that. Anybody there please help me!!!!

i would switch off and try to install 7 again, but dont press any buttons,it can take some time for 7 to install, up to 45 minutes, if that does not work, take the disc out and boot from xp, then install from there.
