Myspace,hotmail, & ebay

Hello,
heyy everybody my laptop wont let me log into anything. not myspace or hotmail.
not even my ebay. when ever i try to log into these site it goes to '' internet explorer cannot display this webpage''
somebody help me out pleez asap. what can i do?

Dear Sir,

The problem being experienced might be caused for the fact that the administrator has blocked these websites. Please try using an online proxy for having access to them.
