Cant log into my hotmail account

I was out of town on business. When I returned I attempted to logon to my hotmail email account, and was greeted with the following message:

my hotmail account is blocked this morning. I was able to change my password manually as I remember my security question. however, even though I have changed my password after I login is still blocked requiring me to send a verification code to an alternative email address which I have no longer have access on it?

How should I solve this problem immediately as all my client's contact are in there and I need to work with the email account!

I tried logging into my hotmail account and it said "someone else could be using this account" or something blabla. I tried resetting the password to an alternate email but it comes up with si*******@yaho.ie (I have no idea what that is) so I tried filling out as much info as I could about the account to recover it but it said I didn't fill in enough info and that I should try again. I've tried loads of times. Basically I really need to get this account back because it is the email linked to my facebook. I forgot my password for facebook and to reset it, it goes to this email. Can someone help please?

I'm like a lot of you where I was hacked and I went through the process of submitting email addresses, topics of recent sent messages, folder names, etc. I was sent an email saying that my account was recovered and I also received a link to reset my password. I wanted to do the two-step verification (thinking it would protect me more) and it said it would take 30 days before I would be able to access my account.

It's been 32 days and I'm still not able to access my account.

Like others, I have everything on there. I have application forms for my son who is disabled, all the addresses for people that I've been dealing with for him...everyt...
